The result of many years' experience and cooperation with turbo workshops is the compact rotor balancing machine characterized by high accuracy and efficiency. CMT - 47 tr is applied in the first stage of turbine recondition process. The machine has been especially designed to dynamic balancing of all kinds of turbocharger rotors in two correction planes, after removal them from bearing housing. The machine has infinitely variable speed drive which enables to achieve rotational speed even up to 9.000 rpm, while preferred is 3.500 rpm.

About Us

At Turbo Recon Guys  we specialize in turbo chargers remanufacturing. We can rework your unit reinstating it to as new condition . The process is quite simple, after removing your turbo we will collect it and bring it to our Turbo Recon Guys workshop. On arrival, one of our  technicians will process an assessment using our checklist. Upon completing  we will give you a call to discuss our investigation.

When are happy to proceed with price plan for your chosen specification, then we ask for payment and recondition your turbocharger back to its prime. 



If the cost of your repair is beyond the value of a new turbocharger or not acceptable, then we can dispose of your unit at no cost to you or we will happily return to you for the cost of the courier.
