Your use of our site or the purchase of our product indicates your acceptance of this warranty terms and conditions.
Turbo Recon Guys LTD makes every effort to assure that its products meet high quality and durability standards and warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship for the period of one year from the date of purchase.
REPLACEMENT PROCESS
To take advantage of this warranty, the product or part must be returned to us in its current condition (cleaning, modifying or attempt to fix it will void the warranty).
Before returning call us for troubleshooting suggestions or instructions on how to proceed.
Upon validation of warranty a replacement will be shipped to you. If you would like a faster replacement, you could pay a deposit and receive the new item while the Warranty claim is being processed. Upon receipt and validation of the warranty we will refund the deposit.
DOES NOT APPLY
This warranty does not apply to damage due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, negligence or accidentals, repairs or alterations outside our facility or to lack of maintenance.
We shall in no event be liable for injuries to persons or property, death, or for incidental, contingent, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Turbo Recon Guys LTD will not reimburse labor cost or any additional fees for installation.
The warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages or expenses of any kind.
